Healing Prayers
Mohamed Ahmed Talaat using his experience as a Qur’an and Arabic teacher will lead this focus class to help participants learn and memorize traditional prayers for healing and similar life circumstances. This class is geared towards non-native Arabic speakers who may need help with pronunciation as they memorize. This course is ideal for supplementary training for chaplains, healers and others in service to the community who want to be better able to confidently use traditional Muslim supplications in praying for others.

Stretch, Strengthen and Relax
This is a women only class lead by Sevim Kalyoncu online using zoom. Weekly sessions allow for deep relaxation and releasing tension. This is a beginner level class perfect for those wanting to release stress and gently increase strength and mobility. The intimate women only online sessions allow for participants to feel relaxed in their own homes or wherever they find convenient.

Meditation
Coming later in 2023. Mohamed Ahmed Talaat leads these guided meditation sessions for relaxation, and working to clear stress and heal trauma. Sessions include integrated Qur’an recitation, prayer, remembrance of God along with guided imagery and breath work.
